All things connected with the running of the bar, inc. Stock. Profitability. Cleanliness.
Fundraising and Events – Sub Committee, Steve Potter
Organising and running all fundraising activities as agreed by the committee
Sponsorship – Mike Shires, Phil Hardaker
Organising and running all club, shirt and handbook sponsorship. Club handbook.
Estate Liaison – Andy Robinson
Keeping the estate up to date of the clubs plans and progress. Agreeing use of estate facilities where relevant
Facilities – Tony Sidwell
Club house maintenance, internal and external. Tidiness of the field, pavilion (inc. kitchen but not bar) and changing rooms. Gas supplies.
Ground (Wicket) – Mike Shires
All preparation of the playing and practise wickets. Pre-season and post season works.
Machinery maintenance. Selection and purchase of all materials for use of the square

All preparation of the outfield. Pre-season and post season works.

Maintaining and developing the NHCC website. Keeping content up to date, news, events, fixtures and results.

Looking after the Newby hall email, twitter feed and facebook page.

Organizing winter and summer nets, galvanizing the players into action and coaching
